We use aluminum parts in order to reduce the weight of suspension parts.
Aluminum used to be more difficult to machine and weld than conventional steel, but by applying technologies cultivated by Yorozu and optimizing each process, including pressing, hydroforming, and welding, we have been able to substantially reduce the number of machining steps and bring costs down.
Today, we boast world-leading quality and production volumes in the machining of aluminum.
