for improvement in development and manufacturing technique. In the spot of development,
all simulations, such as analysis of solid base 3-dimensional design and static
on-the-strength & fatigue strength, press fabrication analysis, and HAIDORO
form fabrication analysis, are performed on a computer, and final data is inherited
to a production stage. On the other hand, in manufacturing technique, FA-ization
is promoted promptly. Not only advance full automation, the better
collaboration of people and a robot was considered, and the production of a plant
in consideration of Mann machine symbiosis of a new time is started. Yorozu always
gazes at "the starting point of production", systematizes the view over
a total production system, and the figure which should exist as "a Yorozu
production way (YPW)", and is tackling on the global stage.
Improvement in development technology
All designs are performed by three dimensional CAD, it had
I-DEAS, CATIA, and UG in stock, and the organization which can plan data compatibility
with the automaker in the world is ready in Yorozu.
