Under the Medium-term Business Plan - Yorozu Sustainability Plan 2023 (FY2021-2023) - Yorozu's basic policy on financial strategy stays focused on enhancing corporate value and shareholder return through appropriate cash flow allocation while ensuring financial stability. To this end, the company has upheld its dividend policy establishing dividend sustainability and shareholder return, and set the target consolidated payout ratio of 35% or above.
The company intends to follow through on this dividend policy and strive for further business development in appreciation of the ongoing support of shareholders.
